Terms of Service
Before commissioning me, please make sure that my art style is suitable for what you're looking for.
I DO draw: female characters, original characters, fanarts
I DON'T draw: R-18, NSFW, gore, furry, animals, mecha, males, babies, old people, offensive or triggering content
payments
Full upfront payment is required before I start working on the commission.
Payments are handled either by Paypal invoice or VGen.
Revisions
You can request any major changes during the sketch phase ONLY. After the sketch phase only color tweaks and 2 small changes are allowed. (This stage does not apply to SKEB commissions)
Deadlines and delivery
I will start working on your commission as soon as I can and treat it as a priority over any personal artworks.
The commission may take from 1 week to 2 months to be finished, depending on the complexity, my workload and any other unforeseeable events. However I will aim to complete your commission ASAP.
Once the artwork is finished, you will receive a full-resolution PNG file without any watermarks (either via email or on VGen).
Personal commissions
Personal usage - includes the use of art as: profile picture, profile background picture, wallpaper, social media post (with crediting me), printing a copy for private use, stream schedules, event announcements.
DO NOT use the illustration in any way that could bring income.
DO NOT print, resell or multiply the illustration in any way.
DO NOT make any changes or edits to the illustration by yourself or using a 3rd party.
DO NOT claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
Commercial commissions
There are 2 tiers of commercial usage:
1. Commercial - assets (price +50%) - includes the use of art as: stream starting/brb/ending screen, video thumbnail (including song cover art), advertisements.
2. Commercial - merchandise (price + 100%) - includes the use of art as: physical goods (prints, stickers, book covers etc), digital goods (patreon rewards, membership rewards, etc), in game/store assets + everything from the previous tier.
DO NOT use the illustration in any way that was not agreed on.
DO NOT make any changes or edits to the illustration by yourself or using a 3rd party.
DO NOT claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork.
intelectual property rights
The artist (me) keeps all ownership of the artwork itself.
I have the right to post all commissions and WIPs online with a watermark (unless agreed otherwise). If is a specific due date (ex. birthday), then I will wait accordingly.
I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions (unless agreed otherwise).
refunds
You can cancel the commission without any charges if the payment hasn't been made yet.
The commission is NOT refundable after I've started working on it (sketch).
Process
I will start working on the commission after the full payment has been made.
I will send you a sketch (or multiple sketches). At this stage you can request any changes you want. After you approve the sketch, only 2 small changes are allowed. You will be charged for any additional changes. (This stage does not apply to SKEB commissions)
I will send you WIPs after finishing major stages (ex. lineart, base color). (This stage does not apply to SKEB commissions)
Once the commission is completed you will receive a full-sized illustration (PNG) without any watermarks.
